On July 10, Quang Tri Provincial Police said that Dong Le Commune Police had just caught two subjects illegally storing drugs.
At about 3:45 p.m. on July 7, while patrolling to ensure security and order in the area, the Dong Le Commune Police working group discovered Nguyen Van Ly (born in 1994) driving a motorbike with license plate 35B2-590.40 carrying Nguyen Thanh Trung (born in 1998), also residing in Tuyen Son Commune, Quang Tri Province, showing many suspicious signs.
Conducting an administrative inspection, the police discovered 2 colorful plastic pipes wrapped in black tape containing white powder on the Chinese person.
Initially, Ly and Trung confessed that the white powder was crystal meth, bought it to hide and use.
Currently, Dong Le Commune Police have prepared a file and handled the case according to the law.
