On April 9, according to information from Hung Yen Provincial Police, Nam Thai Ninh Commune Police discovered and caught red-handed 2 subjects for illegally possessing drugs while patrolling and controlling the area.
Specifically, at 9:30 am on March 29, 2026 and 11:00 am on April 6, 2026, the task force of Nam Thai Ninh Commune Police while on duty discovered two suspects with suspicious signs. Functional forces proceeded to stop the vehicle and conduct administrative inspection according to regulations.
Through inspection, two subjects were identified as Hoang The Anh (born in 1993, residing in Vi Duong Doai village, Bac Thai Ninh commune) and Do Van Nghia (born in 1995, residing in Trung village, Dong Thai Ninh commune, Hung Yen province).
At the time of inspection, the subjects voluntarily handed over exhibits including: 1 package of white metal paper containing transparent crystalline substance and 2 packages of white metal paper containing white powder in the form of lumps. The two subjects confessed that the above substances were drugs, heroin type, bought for use.
Nam Thai Ninh Commune Police made a record of catching red-handed criminals Hoang The Anh and Do Van Nghia for the act of illegally possessing narcotics; and at the same time sealed and seized all exhibits according to regulations.
The results of the examination later determined: the seized substances of Hoang The Anh were drugs, heroin type, with a weight of 0.235 grams; the exhibits of Do Van Nghia were drugs, heroin type, with a weight of 0.245 grams.
Currently, Nam Thai Ninh Commune Police are continuing to consolidate the file to handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
