At about 11 am on March 25, in Hoang Lau 1 residential group, An Phong ward, An Phong Ward Police caught Ha Tuyet Nhi (born in 1993) red-handed selling drugs to Le Van Thang (born in 1993, also residing in An Phong ward, Hai Phong city), seizing 0.21g of Methamphetamine.
Through expanding the investigation, at 1:30 pm on the same day, An Phong Ward Police mobilized Nguyen Van Vo (born in 1993, residing in Ha Nhuan 3 residential group, An Phong ward, Hai Phong city) to surrender about giving money to Le Van Thang to buy drugs for use. Through drug testing, Nguyen Van Vo and Ha Tuyet Nhi both tested positive for drugs, Methamphetamine type.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police has issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the defendants Ha Tuyet Nhi for the crime of illegally trading drugs; Nguyen Van Vo, Le Van Thang for the crime of illegally possessing drugs.
