According to investigation documents, at around 2:00 p.m. on May 7, during a patrol at the intersection in Bac Son village (Ky Phong commune, Ky Anh district), the working group of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police caught Hoang Tuan Anh red-handed in the act of illegally storing drugs.
During the investigation, the Investigation Police Agency of Ha Tinh Province Police continued to expand the investigation and caught Luong Xuan Dai and Nguyen Tien Truong red-handed in the act of illegally buying, selling and storing drugs at Luong Xuan Dai's house in Bac Son village, Ky Phong commune.
Here, the authorities seized a total of 8.35 grams of Methamphetamine.
