Previously, the Department of Science and Technology of Ninh Thuan province had a plan to deploy training and guidance on the use of the new text management and operation system (E- Office) associated with the toolkit for measuring, evaluating work results and efficiency (KPI), Information system for handling administrative procedures, using ChatGPT; the time to organize training courses in May 2025.

Chairman of Ninh Thuan province Tran Quoc Nam assessed that this training session is very important, helping leaders, cadres, civil servants, and public employees access, familiarise, and operate features to effectively exploit and use the E- Office System associated with KPI; Information system for handling administrative procedures, using ChatGPT and virtual assistant right after official operation from July 1, 2025 (symmetrically at both the commune and provincial levels).
Through the training courses, Ninh Thuan province will instruct cadres, civil servants and public employees on basic knowledge and skills that can be used, effectively exploiting the E- Office System associated with KPI; New administrative procedure settlement information system, using ChatGPT and virtual assistant.
The content of training closely follows the content and order of steps on the system suitable for the subjects participating in the training. The goal is to ensure 100% of cadres, civil servants and officials after participating in the training course for use and exploitation of the E-Office system attached to KPI; The information system for solving new administrative procedures, using chatgpt and virtual assistant support at work.
