On the morning of March 21, in Binh Duong, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) organized the opening ceremony of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Sports Competition in the 9th "For National Security" Sports Congress - 2025 round IV - region.
Attending the contest were Major General Huynh Thoi An - Deputy Director of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (PCCC&CNCH) of the Ministry of Public Security, Mr. Bui Minh Tri - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, and leaders of the police of 12 southern provinces.
The contest brings together 12 teams from the Public Security of the provinces: Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Thuan, Lam Dong, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Long An.
The teams competed in 3 events: Fire fighting and rescue command; swimming for rescue; running to rescue people and fire fighting.
The contest is an opportunity for officers, soldiers, and the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force to improve their physical strength, qualifications, techniques, and tactics of Fire Prevention and Rescue. Thereby creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the movement of learning and practicing fire fighting and rescue. At the same time, it is an opportunity for local fire prevention and rescue forces to meet and exchange professional experiences.
Through exciting competition in 3 events, as a result, the Dak Lak Provincial Police team won the first prize for the whole team, the Binh Duong Provincial Police team won the second prize and the Binh Thuan Provincial Police team won the third prize.
