On April 24, Thuong Duc Commune Police, Da Nang said - through grasping the situation in cyberspace, discovered that the Facebook account of Ms. L.T. T. (born 1989, residing in the locality) posted and shared articles and videos with distorted and untrue content related to Party leaders. This content was identified as being spread from reactionary pages and channels.
Immediately after that, Thuong Duc Commune Police proceeded to verify, clarify and invited Ms. L.T. T. to the headquarters to work according to regulations.

At the meeting, Ms. L.T. T. admitted that her personal account posted violating content. According to the report, the cause stemmed from negligence in account management, allowing her child to use the phone and accidentally sharing posts with untrue content. After discovering the incident, she proactively removed the violating content.
During the working process, the police force propagated and explained legal regulations related to the posting and sharing of information in cyberspace; and at the same time emphasized the responsibility of each individual in managing and using social media accounts.
Along with that, Thuong Duc Commune Police also disseminate methods and tricks of bad actors; warn of legal consequences and negative impacts from spreading unverified false information in cyberspace.
After being propagated, Ms. L.T. T. clearly realized her mistakes, voluntarily wrote a commitment not to re-offend and strictly complied with the provisions of the law.
