The first case involved Ms. Hoang Thi Vanh (Group 5 Ngoc Xuan, Nung Tri Cao Ward).

Ms. Vanh proposed to issue and renew the Land Use Rights Certificate for the red book) for some plots of land. After listening to the presentation, Chairman Le Hai Hoa concluded that the area of land without problems will be issued a certificate by the Ward People's Committee in coordination with the Provincial Land Registration Office according to the current status of use and legal regulations.

The additional area does not have a certificate to the Ward People's Committee for verification, appraisal, and report on the proposed handling direction; the land related to plot No. 44 is currently in inheritance dispute and the Court has accepted it, so the issuance of the certificate will only be carried out after the Court's verdict.

The second incident was recommended by households in Song Hien 8 group, Thuc Phan ward to be granted a certificate soon in Khau Cuon area.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over the inspection and review of the situation of land management and use in the area of the old Lo Coal Food Station and Khau Cuoi nhu Quan Military warehouse, and report to the Provincial People's Committee.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Thuc Phan Ward was assigned to review 11 land use right certificates issued to households, synthesize and report them as a basis for consideration.

Based on the results of the relevant units, the Provincial People's Committee will report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for comments, ensuring proper resolution according to regulations.

The citizen reception took place in a democratic and open spirit, demonstrating the concern and responsibility of the provincial leaders in promptly handling recommendations related to land, contributing to ensuring the legitimate rights of the people and strengthening trust in local governments.
