Previously, on July 18, Mr. Nguyen Le Hoai Ph (born in 1984, currently residing in Ho Chi Minh City) in the process of carrying out bank transactions mistakenly transferred 900 million VND to the account of Ms. Pham Thi Kim L (residing in Le Chan ward, Hai Phong city).
Immediately after discovering it, Mr. Hoai Ph was very worried and quickly went from Ho Chi Minh City to Hai Phong to report to Le Chan Ward Police, hoping for support.
After receiving the information, Le Chan Ward Police officers urgently verified and contacted the account holder to receive the money.
With a sense of responsibility, dedication and propaganda work, explaining the provisions of the law, the Ward Police mobilized Ms. Pham Thi Kim L to voluntarily return the entire amount of 900 million VND to the mistaken transferee. The handover of the money was carried out publicly at the Ward Police headquarters.
Moved by the timely help of the Police force, Mr. Nguyen Le Hoai Ph sent a thank-you letter to the leaders of Hai Phong City Police, leaders of Le Chan Ward Police and officials directly handling the case, expressing respect for the spirit of responsibility, dedication, speed and wholeheartedly for the people of the Police force.
