On May 10, information from Hai Phong City Police, at about 9:45 pm on May 9, Task Force HP22 of the City Police coordinated with Hong Bang Ward Police to patrol and control in Hong Bang ward.
During the patrol, the task force discovered 2 groups of young people gathering to use bottles and jars to fight, group 1 at Ha Ly flower garden including 6 cases, group 2 including 13 cases all driving motorbikes, not wearing helmets. The police force also inspected and collected many beer bottles for young people to throw at each other.
Next, on Truong Chinh street, Kien An ward, HP22 City Police force inspected and arrested V.H. T. A (born in 2009, residing in An Lao commune, Hai Phong) driving a vehicle without license plates, without a helmet and carrying a plastic gun.
Also on the night of May 9, HP22 City Police force coordinated with Le Chan Ward Police to inspect 3 cases of driving 3 road vehicles, without helmets, without vehicle papers. Currently, HP22 City Police force handed over the cases to Ward Police to handle according to regulations.
