On June 24, Binh Hung Hoa Ward Police (Binh Tan District) invited the man who broke into a neighbor's house when he was reminded to sing karaoke, causing a stir in alley 96 Pham Dang Giang and the homeowner to the headquarters to take statements.
According to Mr. An (40 years old, owner of the house), the incident happened on June 22. Remembering the time when a group of people near his house pulled him up to assault him, he was still shocked. Mr. An said that the day the incident happened was Sunday, he and his wife were pregnant and had a small child at home. At around 2:30 p.m. the same day, the family was having lunch when the neighbors (the fabric factory workers) opened a karaoke bar and sang for many hours.
According to Mr. An, the sound came from a large loudspeaker placed right at the end of the alley, close to his house. Despite the closure, his family was still severely affected, forcing him to go outside to avoid the noise.
"I was patient because I knew it was a weekend, the owner of the establishment organized a party for the workers. However, by 8:30 p.m., the singing was still unresolved, forcing me to call to remind him, Mr. An shared.
After the reminder call, the production facility owner appeared in front of Mr. An's house, snatching the gate, throwing garbage into the security camera and kicking the door down. This person also cursed, challenged and stormed the stadium. Everyone around had to stop the incident so that it would not go too far.
Immediately after receiving the report, Binh Hung Hoa Ward Police invited the relevant parties to work. Mr. An hopes the matter will be resolved peacefully, as long as the neighbor commits not to repeat the act of threatening or affecting his family life.
