At the investigating agency, Vu Thi Thanh Tam, Dao Thi Huyen Trang, Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao and Nguyen Thi My Duyen both claimed the crime. All 4 subjects are service staff for a karaoke bar on Le Hong Phong Street, Ngo Quyen District.
The City Police Investigation Agency has issued a criminal detention decision for Tam, Trang, Thao and predestined to organize the illegal use of narcotics.
Currently, the case is being investigated and clarified by the Police Department of the City Police.
