Meanwhile, in Tam Thai commune, prolonged heavy rain and water from upstream areas caused the water level in streams and creeks to rise.
Some sections on Provincial Road 541B are flooded, including the Khoi and Xoong Con overflow bridge areas and the Xop Nam overflow bridge, causing people's travel in many villages to be cut off.
