On August 20, information from Bac Nha Trang Ward Police said that they had verified, contacted and found the relatives of an old woman who strayed home.
Previously, on the evening of August 19, during a patrol to ensure security and order on Nguyen Cong Tru street, Bac Cam Ranh ward, Khanh Hoa province, the ward police patrol team discovered an elderly woman showing signs of confusion.
This person entered a resident's house and wandered on the street in a state of not being able to determine the direction.
Realizing that the old woman needed support, the working group approached, calmed her down and took her to the Ward Police headquarters for care, and at the same time verified her identity.
Through working, the police force identified the old woman as N.T. H, born in 1942, permanently residing in Cam An commune.
Immediately after that, the patrol team coordinated with Cam An Commune Police to verify, contact and find Ms. H's relatives. Ms. H was then taken home safely for her family to continue taking care of.
Ms. H's family expressed their joy and thanked the police force of Bac Cam Ranh Ward for promptly supporting and helping her return safely to her loved ones at night.
