On October 8, according to information from the Dong Thap Provincial Police website, the police force in Dong Thap discovered a car carrying a mixed-use crop without invoices or documents.
Previously, at 11:45 a.m. on October 7, in Hamlet 4, Ba Sao Commune (Dong Thap Province), the Working Group of the Department of Investigation Police on Corruption, Economic Crimes, Smuggling, and Environmental Crimes of Dong Thap Provincial Police in coordination with Ba Sao Commune Police (Dong Thap Province) inspected a car with license plate 68H-011.xx parked on the road driven by Mr. T.T.T (46 years old, residing in Thanh Dong Commune, An Giang Province) with suspicious signs of trading and transporting goods of unknown origin.
The working group conducted an on-site inspection and discovered that the vehicle driven by Mr. T had a combined dam harness of the KUBOTA DC-105X brand, with no information expressed in Vietnamese and no accompanying label. At the same time, the driver could not present any documents, invoices, or documents to prove the origin of the goods.
The Department of Investigation Police on Corruption, Economic Crimes, Smuggling, and Environment of Dong Thap Provincial Police has issued a decision to temporarily detain the exhibits and means of violation and continue to verify and clarify for handling according to the provisions of law.
