On January 29, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that at about 12:35 pm on January 28, Nghi Son Ward Police, Thanh Hoa province received a report from people about a traffic accident at the branch road of Provincial Road 513 connecting East - West 4 road, belonging to Ngoc Son residential group, Nghi Son ward, causing 3 injuries.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Traffic Police Team of Nghi Son Ward Police quickly arrived at the scene to organize rescue and relief, and at the same time regulate and divert traffic, ensuring traffic order and safety.
At the scene, functional forces identified the vehicle causing the accident as a car with license plate 36A-967.xx driven by Mr. Nguyen Nhat L. (residing in Thanh Son residential group, Nghi Son ward); carrying two people residing in Nam Son residential group.
Through inspection, functional forces found that there was a seriously injured victim, in a dangerous condition, who needed to be taken to the emergency room. Therefore, Captain Le Ngoc Thien, officer of the CSTT Team of Nghi Son Ward Police, directly coordinated with the task force and people to quickly deploy initial first aid measures, and take the victim out of the dangerous area.
Along with that, the police force used specialized vehicles, honked the priority horn, and urgently took the victim to Hop Luc International General Hospital for emergency treatment. Thanks to the speed and decisiveness of the police force, the victim was given timely medical access.
