Dossiers are made right at the residence, helping the elderly and people with difficult travel accessing public services, digital utilities and essential administrative procedures without having to travel far.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Head of Quang Phu Ward Police, said that not only stopping at activities at the center, in the past time, the Ward Police have organized many trips to homes of lonely elderly people, disabled children, people who do not have the conditions to travel to collect ID cards and support activation of level 2 electronic identification.

To date, the unit has supported more than 200 cases, contributing to ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of people, especially vulnerable people in the digital transformation process.
