On March 28, Quang Tri Provincial Police said that in March 2026, the unit continuously received handwritten thank-you letters from people, expressing gratitude to the Administrative Management Police force for social order (QLHC on TTXH) in supporting the implementation of administrative procedures at home.
In the letter, Ms. Nguyen Thi Uyen (resident of Bac Hong residential group, Dong Hoi ward) on behalf of Mrs. Bui Thi Don's family sent thanks to the mobile ID card issuing team of the Department of Police for Administrative Management of Social Order.
Accordingly, Mr. Don is old, weak, and has difficulty walking. After receiving the information, officers and soldiers directly brought the equipment to his house to collect identification information for him.
Ms. Uyen wrote: "The enthusiastic, timely and emotional support of the comrades has made my family extremely touched. This is a clear proof of the spirit of'Serving the People' of the People's Police force.
Next, Ms. Le Thi Na (resident of Dong Phu TDP, Dong Thuan ward) also sent a thank-you letter to the Director of the Provincial Police and officers and soldiers of the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order.
Ms. Na said that her husband, Mr. Bui Lai, has been ill for many years and cannot walk. The fact that the police force came to her house to visit, guide and redo her ID card has left a good impression on the family and surrounding people.
In the letter, Ms. Na expressed her wish that officers and soldiers would always be healthy and continue to complete their tasks well.
According to Quang Tri Provincial Police, directly going to homes to support the elderly and disabled in carrying out administrative procedures is not only a professional task but also shows a sense of responsibility and dedication to the People.
Thank you letters are a source of encouragement for the police force to continue to promote administrative reform, improve service quality and build a close image in the hearts of the people.
