The new citizen reception location of Hai Duong Provincial Police is located at 25 Ho Chi Minh Avenue (Nguyen Trai Ward, Hai Duong City). The new location will replace the old citizen reception location at 35 Ho Chi Minh Avenue (Nguyen Trai Ward, Hai Duong City). The time to receive citizens at the new location starts from March 20 until further notice.
Previously, Hai Duong Provincial Police also announced new administrative procedures for issuing criminal records, driving tests and issuing driving licenses. People need to clearly understand these new regulations to carry out procedures conveniently and quickly.
According to Hai Duong Provincial Police, the recorded professional records department will carry out procedures for issuing criminal records to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam; issuing criminal records at the request of state agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations; issuing criminal records at the request of the litigation agency.
The Traffic Police Department shall approve the operation, re-approve the operation, revoke the approval of the driving practice ground for motorbike testing; issue, re-issue and revoke the testing license for the type 3 driving testing center.
