Khanh Hoa - The police agency has temporarily detained 2 defendants for illegal drug trafficking.

On April 12, news from Cam Lam Commune Police said that the unit had just discovered a group of subjects with suspicious signs related to drugs.

On that basis, functional agencies proceeded to clarify the act of illegal drug trading and proceeded to temporarily detain 2 defendants.

According to initial information, at 9:45 pm on April 8, at the intersection between Dinh Tien Hoang street and National Highway 1 (belonging to Bai Gieng 3 village, Cam Lam commune, Khanh Hoa province), the Cam Lam Commune Police patrol team discovered 3 subjects with suspicious signs related to drugs.

The subjects include: P.H.T.V (born 1992, residing in Tan Hai 1 village, Cam Lam commune); N.T.T.N (born 1994) and N.T.H (born 1994), live together in Vo Canh residential group, Tay Nha Trang ward.

Through inspection, P.H. T. V voluntarily handed over to the task force a piece of white, transparent plastic straw, sealed at both ends, inside containing white crystals suspected to be methamphetamine, wrapped in a piece of paper.

The subject confessed that this was a "tapper" of drugs just bought from N.T. H for use. The patrol team proceeded to temporarily detain, seal the exhibits and invite the related subjects to the headquarters to work.

During the investigation, at 4 pm on April 11, the Investigation Agency of Cam Lam Commune Police executed the arrest warrant for N.T. T. N and N.T. H for the crime of "Illegally trading in narcotics".

The case is currently being investigated and handled according to the provisions of law.
