Previously, on August 7, through the work of reviewing and using professional measures, the An Phu Commune Police force discovered that Dang Huu Bien (born in 1986) had signs of suspected illegal use of drugs.
The commune police conducted an inspection, the results of a quick test from the urine sample showed that Bien was positive for Methamphetamine ( crystal meth).
Immediately afterwards, An Phu Commune Police applied professional measures, on August 8, Vuong Van Dat and Hien voluntarily turned themselves in and confessed to all their crimes.
