Previously, at around 11:30 a.m. on December 15, in the area of National Highway 39, near the gas station in Truong Xa village, Nghia Dan commune, the Working Group discovered Lo Van Nghien (born in 2002; residing in Dien Bien province; currently in Xuan Truc commune, Hung Yen province) and Lo Van Hong (born in 2001, residing in Dien Bien province) showing suspicious signs.
Through inspection, it was discovered that the subjects had a plastic bag containing white crystals in their right palms. The subjects confessed that they were drugs bought for use. The results of the examination determined that the seized evidence was crystal meth (Methamphetamine), weighing 0.899 grams.
Then, at 00:10 on December 16, in the area near Tho Cau village cemetery, Nghia Dan commune, the Working Group continued to discover Nguyen Nhu Tuan Anh (born in 2002; residing in Trieu Viet Vuong commune, Hung Yen province) showing suspicious signs.
Through inspection, it was discovered that the subject's left hand was carrying a plastic bag containing white crystals. The subject confessed that he bought drugs from an unknown man in Viet Tien commune for use. The results of the examination determined that the seized evidence was crystal meth (Methamphetamine); weighing 1.626 grams.
For both cases, the Working Group drew up records, sealed the exhibits in accordance with regulations, and brought the subjects to the police headquarters for questioning. Currently, the Commune Police have consolidated the case file and handled the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
