On June 1st, Tan Linh Commune Police held a launching ceremony for the "Supporting Children in Difficult Circumstances" model and signed a memorandum of understanding with Hung Thinh Kinh Bac Trading, Service and Import-Export Co., Ltd. (Bac Ninh province) to support students in difficult circumstances in the area.

The activity was organized on the occasion of International Children's Day June 1st, showing the concern of the Police force, local authorities and businesses for the work of caring for and protecting children.
Starting from the reality that there are still many students facing difficulties in life and study in the area, Tan Linh Commune Police have proactively surveyed and reviewed the circumstances of the children, and at the same time mobilized organizations and businesses to join hands to support.

Through the connection of the commune police, Hung Thinh Kinh Bac Trading, Service and Import-Export Co., Ltd. receives regular support for 10 students in difficult circumstances with a level of 500,000 VND/student/month for a period of 12 months, from June 2026 to the end of May 2027.
The total cost of implementing the program is 60 million VND. The support not only contributes to sharing material difficulties but also adds motivation for children to strive to study and rise up in life.
The model is a practical activity in response to the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement, and at the same time concretizes the "3 Firsts" emulation movement with the criteria "Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People" of Tan Linh Commune Police.
The launch of the model continues to affirm the role of grassroots police forces in mass mobilization and social security work, contributing to spreading good human values and building the image of People's Police soldiers who are close to the people, close to the people, and serve the people.
In the coming time, Tan Linh Commune Police will continue to promote the role of a bridge, mobilizing social resources to accompany students in difficult circumstances, contributing to creating more conditions for them to feel secure in studying and comprehensively developing.
