Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Public Security and the Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police on improving the quality of training, testing and issuing driver's licenses, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) has organized survey activities at 100% of the testing councils in the area, in order to enhance publicity, transparency and objectivity in the exam organization process.
On May 26-27, 2026, at SAVINA Driving Training and Testing Center (under SAVINA Joint Stock Company, Luong Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province), the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police applied direct assessment surveys to all candidates after completing the road test.
The survey form is carried out through QR code scanning, focusing on contents such as the quality of testing organization, attitude of test takers and criteria related to the scoring and deducting process. The survey results are summarized and served for supervision and evaluation to ensure objectivity in testing activities.
According to the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police, the application of digital technology in surveys not only contributes to enhancing transparency, but also supports improving the quality of service for candidates, creating a sense of peace of mind and fairness in the exam process.
In addition, during the exams, the unit also organizes random number draws for seating positions on the computer system and exam vehicle numbers, in order to minimize intervention factors and ensure objectivity in exam organization.
The synchronous implementation of technology application solutions in driving tests is assessed as being consistent with the policy of digital transformation, administrative reform, towards building an administration serving people and businesses.
In the coming time, the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police said that it will continue to strengthen propaganda and guide candidates to participate in full surveys; at the same time, regularly inspect and review the system to ensure stable and effective operation, contributing to improving the quality of car driving tests in the area.
