At this time, a truck driven by Mr. N.V.N (born in 1987, residing in Viet Khe commune, Hai Phong) traveling in the direction from Nui Deo intersection to Rung ferry collided with a bicycle driven by Mr. L.V. T (born in 1945, residing in Nam Trieu ward, Hai Phong) traveling in the same direction in front. As a result, Mr. T was injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. At 2:08 am on March 8, Mr. T died. The initial cause was that the car driver was not paying attention to observation and caused a traffic accident.
On the same day, March 7, an accident occurred in the city at 3:30 pm at km0+300 TL389 in Kinh Mon ward. A motorbike driven by V.V.Q (born 2001, residing in Le Ich Moc ward) heading from Hiep An intersection to Vuon Dao intersection collided with a bicycle driven by Ms. H.T. H (born 1950, residing in Kinh Mon ward) traveling in the same direction turning left. As a result, Ms. H was injured. The cause of the incident was that Ms. H changed direction unsafely.
