In which, the local government will urgently carry out procedures to invest in the Dong Cham Village Resettlement Area Project with a scale of 3.5ha and the Hoi Khach Dong Village Resettlement Area Project with a scale of 5.39ha. At the same time, review and integrate and supplement the landslide situation of the Vu Gia river route into the commune's General Plan and propose to supplement it into the Report adjusting the plan for the disaster prevention and control and irrigation infrastructure system of Da Nang city for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
Regarding the source of capital for implementation, the Department of Finance is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to advise the City People's Committee to consider balancing and allocating funds to support Thuong Duc Commune People's Committee to implement temporary landslide remediation based on proposals for plans and detailed estimates. The Department of Finance should study and advise on allocating medium-term public investment capital for the period 2026 - 2030 or other legal capital sources for implementation.
The Military Command and the City Police direct their affiliated units to develop plans, proactively mobilize forces and means to support localities in relocating and evacuating residents to ensure safety during the 2026 rainy and flood season and the following years. The Department of Construction is responsible for supporting the legal basis, the work of preparing and adjusting population stabilization planning; The Department of Agriculture and Environment monitors and provides technical guidance to temporarily overcome the landslide situation.
Da Nang City People's Committee requests relevant departments and branches and Thuong Duc Commune People's Committee to be responsible for presiding over the serious implementation of the directed contents, ensuring progress, safety of life and property for people in landslide-prone areas.
