On June 28, according to information from the Department of Agriculture and Environment (DONRE) of Da Nang City, this unit is looking for a consulting contractor with enough capacity to make the overall adjustment of the detailed plan 1/500 for the Creative Space Project.
The package is called "Consulting on the project to adjust the detailed planning of TL 1/500 of the Creative Space Project in Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district". The investor implementing the project is the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The cost of this package is 452 million VND. This funding level includes value added tax and other related costs.
According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the time to implement the package is very urgent, within only 15 days from the date of signing the contract. In which, the winning bidder will have 5 days to submit the dossier to the competent authority for appraisal and the next 10 days to complete the dossier after appraisal. Due to its urgency, the form of contractor selection applied is to designate a shortened bid, with a complete contract type.
Interested consulting units need to submit their registration documents within 3 days from the date of issuance of the notice. The Creative Space Project in Hoa Xuan is expected to become a new highlight in architecture and landscape, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and the spirit of innovation for the southern area of Da Nang city.
