According to the Da Nang City Department of Construction, the survey of the demand for renting and buying social housing and renting worker accommodation in industrial parks in Da Nang city is being implemented from June 1st to June 30th. The goal is to collect and update data on the actual housing needs of people, as a basis for building social security policies.
However, as of June 15, the City Department of Construction said that the number of people participating in the survey is still low compared to the actual demand for social housing in the area. The current collected results do not fully and comprehensively reflect the needs of target groups.
To ensure the quality and objectivity of the survey, serving the development of social housing and rental housing in the coming time, the Department of Construction requests agencies, units, and localities to continue to promote information and propaganda to increase the participation rate of people.
To widely disseminate survey information, the Department of Construction requests units and organizations in the area to coordinate in implementation.
In which, the City Labor Federation was requested to disseminate information about the survey to a large number of workers and laborers working at enterprises inside and outside industrial parks through trade union organizations.
The Management Board of the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks, the Management Board of the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone are responsible for disseminating information to employees at enterprises in the high-tech park, economic zone and industrial parks.
For the armed forces, the City Police and the City Military Command coordinate to disseminate information to officers and soldiers working at units and agencies under the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense stationed in the area.
Departments, boards, and branches deploy propaganda to officials, civil servants, public employees and employees of their units in many diverse forms such as: posting on the Electronic Information Portal, internal information system or other appropriate exchange channels.
The Department of Construction also requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to strengthen propaganda about the purpose and content of the survey and guide local people to participate.
In particular, local authorities need to pay attention to groups of people who need social housing but are still limited in accessing information or using information technology. Professional departments and divisions coordinate with neighborhood group leaders, village heads, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations to go through every alley, knock on every door to guide people.
