Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Quang Nam signed Official Letter No. 999/UBND-SXD on the management and maintenance of technical infrastructure in the city after the merger.
Accordingly, within the administrative boundaries of the old Da Nang City People's Committee, the City People's Committee assigned the decentralized and authorized units according to the documents issued before the merger to continue implementing the management and maintenance of the technical infrastructure system in Da Nang city.
For communes and wards within the administrative boundaries of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (old), the People's Committee of the city assigned the People's Committees of communes and wards to review and compile statistics on the list and volume of technical infrastructure systems (green trees, lighting, cemeteries, drainage) in the communes and wards and carry out state management responsibilities for the technical infrastructure system in the area according to regulations.
Preside over and coordinate with the Quang Nam Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board to separate the contract volume according to the administrative boundaries of the communes and wards (new) to serve management work. Timely compile and propose cost estimates to the Department of Finance to report to the City People's Committee for implementation budget allocation.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to synthesize and report to the City People's Committee to direct and resolve difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process. Advising the City People's Committee on allocating funds to the above units to continue implementing public services continuously, throughout, and without interruption.
