Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Life Insurance Company continues to make a prominent mark when being honored with 4 prestigious awards in a row: Top 50 Innovative and Effective Businesses 2026 (VIE50), Top 10 Innovative and Effective Businesses 2026 - Insurance Industry (VIE10), Top 100 ESG Vietnam Green Businesses 2026 (ESG100) and Top 10 ESG Vietnam Green Businesses 2026 - Insurance Industry (ESG10), at the Vietnam Business Forum 2026 with the theme "Innovation for growth, green for sustainability", co-organized by Finance - Investment Newspaper (Ministry of Finance) and Viet Research.
Marking the 4th consecutive year of the list VIE50, VIE10 and the 2nd year of the list ESG100, ESG10 announced based on the results of in-depth research by Viet Research. The simultaneous presence in all 4 rankings on innovation and ESG has affirmed Dai-ichi Life Vietnam's sustainable development strategy, not only in terms of business efficiency but also in the pioneering role of innovating and implementing ESG activities in the context of the economy shifting strongly towards "double transformation" - digitization and greening.
In recent years, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam has promoted technology investment and digital transformation to improve operational efficiency, optimize customer experience and increase transparency. The company currently owns a digital ecosystem with many advanced applications such as Dai-ichi Connect, Dai-ichi ON online insurance platform, Dai-ichi Medic system and AI/OCR, ePOS, ePolicy, chatbot, voicebot solutions and cashless payment solutions, contributing to raising the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT) to 83%, and the Readiness to Introduce Index (NPS) to 42%.
