Mr. Nguyen Truong Thang - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Hung Ward, Hai Phong City has just directly inspected the reality at a number of projects being implemented in the area. The inspected projects include: the repair and renovation project of Ngoc Son Martyrs' Cemetery; the renovation and upgrading project of Le Quy Don street and Nguyen Phi Khanh street.
At the inspection points, the Secretary of the Ward Party Committee listened to reports on the implementation progress, the implementation situation of construction items as well as difficulties and obstacles arising during the project implementation process. According to reports from construction units, the projects are currently being implemented according to the set plan, ensuring technical and quality requirements.

Through actual inspection, the Ward Party Secretary acknowledged the sense of responsibility of the construction units, and at the same time requested to continue to focus manpower and vehicles, take advantage of favorable weather conditions to accelerate progress; ensure the quality of the project, labor safety, environmental sanitation and limit the impact on the daily life of people in the surrounding area.
According to the design, Ngoc Son Martyrs' Cemetery has a total area of 2,786.60m2, invested and built synchronously with items such as gates, surrounding fences, natural green stone yards, flower beds and green trees and lighting systems.
The flagpole is tiled with Granite; the martyrs' graves are kept in their original positions, the tomb structure is completely tiled with Kim Sa Granite; the tombstone is re-installed with stone and embossed letters using laser technology, ensuring solemnity and durability.

For the renovation and upgrading project of Le Quy Don street, the road is built with asphalt concrete pavement and road surface with a total length of 338.90m; road surface width from 2.74m to 5.30m. Both sides of the route are arranged with 0.8m wide longitudinal grooves for direct traffic. Sections connected to streets and turnarounds are encroached with curbs, creating favorable traffic flow.
In addition, the project to renovate and upgrade Nguyen Phi Khanh street is built with asphalt concrete pavement and road surface with a total length of 390.76m; road surface width from 4.84m to 8.03m, contributing to gradually completing the urban transport infrastructure system in the ward.
Through the inspection, the Secretary of the Ward Party Committee also requested specialized departments to strengthen coordination and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles arising during the implementation process, in order to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, contributing to completing urban infrastructure and improving the quality of life of people in the area.
