On May 21, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) said that the inter-sectoral working group handling land violations and construction order of Phu Cat commune had organized the dismantling of violating works on public land in Bach Thach village managed by the Commune People's Committee of Ms. D. T. S (born in 1976, residing in Team 2, Long Phu village).
Previously, on May 7, through inspection and review of the area, the working group discovered that Ms. D. T. S had the act of arbitrarily building works on public land in Bach Thach village managed by the Commune People's Committee.
The rough construction part includes brick foundations with only three panels, brick walls only about 3.5m high, not yet roofed; with dimensions of 10m long, 3.6m wide, total area of about 36m2.
Working with the working group, Ms. S could not provide documents related to land use rights and construction of works.
The working group made a record of work, requesting to stop construction; and at the same time propagated and mobilized Ms. S to voluntarily dismantle the violating construction and restore the original state of the land plot before May 12.

After being explained and propagated by the working group, Ms. D. T. S clearly realized her violation and voluntarily requested to dismantle the violating construction before May 12.
Because she could not hire workers and vehicles, Ms. S requested the Commune People's Committee to support workers and machinery to dismantle the violating construction.
The dismantling of violating works is carried out publicly, transparently, in the correct order, ensuring safety. This shows the determination of the local government in land management and construction order; contributing to maintaining discipline and order, raising people's awareness of law compliance and promptly preventing violations arising in the commune.
