On the morning of July 8, the Youth Union of Mui Ne Border Guard Station (Lam Dong Provincial Border Guard) coordinated to organize a program to propagate drowning prevention and control and guide first aid skills for students of Le Hong Phong Secondary School and students of Mui Ne 1, Mui Ne 2 and Mui Ne 3 Primary Schools.

At the program, officers and union members of Mui Ne Border Guard Station disseminate to students basic knowledge about the causes of drowning accidents, preventive measures when swimming in the sea, rivers, streams, ponds, lakes; and at the same time guide them to recognize dangerous areas and skills to handle situations when encountering drowning people.
Students are also guided on the principles of ensuring personal safety before participating in rescue, avoiding unfortunate accidents that may occur.
The highlight of the program is the first aid practice for drowning victims with skills such as checking the victim's condition, clearing airways, artificial respiration, chest compressions and coordinating with medical forces when incidents occur.

Through visual propaganda combined with practice, the program helps students easily absorb, remember and apply the necessary skills in practice.
The activity aims to raise awareness and equip students with drowning prevention skills during the summer vacation.
Through activities, promoting the pioneering role of Border Guard youth in protecting, caring for and educating teenagers and children, contributing to building a safe learning and playing environment in the area.
