After committing the theft, Phap continued to move to Vinh Hoi hamlet area, An Phu commune. Here, discovering a bicycle parked in a resident's house without anyone watching, Phap climbed over the fence to steal the bicycle and then ran away. During the escape, Phap was discovered, inspected and controlled by the An Phu Commune Police force in coordination with people and taken to the headquarters to work.
