Linh is a drug addict who was subject to voluntary drug rehabilitation measures in the community but still could not control the addiction, continuing to use drugs.
The incident was discovered by Gia Pho Commune Police, so they prepared a file to request the authorities to consider and send Linh to compulsory drug rehabilitation.
Based on the collected documents, based on the request of the Procuracy, the Court issued a decision to apply administrative measures to send Nguyen Van Linh to a compulsory drug rehabilitation facility for a period of 24 months.
Sending subjects to compulsory drug rehabilitation facilities has limited the situation of drug addicts in the locality, while contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
