FPT is working with Quang Ninh to build three major systems, including: a digital station system integrated with an electronic personal identification wallet, helping people and businesses easily carry out digital documents and submit multi-channel public service documents; An online reception and queuing system for centralized management, allowing the province's Public Administration Service Center to immediately monitor the service situation and staff productivity across the network.
Finally, the new generation of administrative procedure settlement information system, fully meeting the Central's requirements, allows receiving and returning results without administrative boundaries, processing electronic records throughout the process, interconnecting widely - vertically, returning results directly to the electronic identification wallet. From there, it can be exploited to conduct other digital economic and digital society transactions.
On July 1, nearly 80 FPT technical staff were deployed on duty at 54 commune, ward and special zone administrative units of Quang Ninh province, to directly support people and local authorities in the initial operation phase under the new model.
