On May 7, FPT Corporation coordinated with ministries, branches and units to organize the New push-up Development Forum for the country & The launching ceremony of the strategic human resources alliance to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW held in Hanoi.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Truong Gia Binh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT Corporation shared a strong message from Resolution 68-NQ/TW of General Secretary To Lam: "Enterprises are soldiers on the economic front". However, according to Mr. Binh, today's war is no longer a war using military weapons as in the past, but a war of knowledge, technology and especially AI human resources.

Mr. Truong Gia Binh emphasized that if in 1945, Vietnam needed equal education so that all people could read and write, today, everyone needs to know how to use technology, especially artificial intelligence, to keep up with the development of the world. Every Vietnamese student today needs to be equipped with knowledge of technology, AI skills and the ability to work with international experts.
"The Party has pointed out the" strategic quartet "as the Prime Minister said: We must create young generations with knowledge and skills in artificial intelligence, promote the strength of the entire people - as used to work in the resistance. If we cannot train AI human resources, we will be out of the technology game, and if we take the lead in AI training, Vietnam will rise to become a global workforce in this field. When the world is worried that AI will take away jobs, Vietnam will rise up to become a global technology human resource center" - Mr. Binh said.
Strategy for human resource development to implement Resolution 57
At the seminar "Developing new momentum for the country: Human resources to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW" within the framework of the forum, Dr. Le Truong Tung, Chairman of the Board of FPT University, emphasized that in the context of rapid changes in science and technology, education needs to be deeply innovated.
The strong "penetration" of artificial intelligence in areas will change not only the way of learning but also the goals and content of the training program. This requires educational institutions to reform to provide the younger generation of necessary skills, meeting the requirements of the times.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - General Director of FPT - Resolution 57-NQ/TW is a revolution that opens up opportunities for early development of scientific and technological human resources. FPT brings big problems of businesses and countries into schools, helping students shape their future roles as engineers, scientists, and science and technology administrators. With the aim of contributing to building and developing a generation of personnel with good professional capacity, technological knowledge, equipped with necessary knowledge and skills, and ready to participate in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW, academies and universities have signed the establishment and launch of the Strategic Human Resources Alliance to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW.
