The project to invest in decorating the road from the DT301 intersection to the Dai Lai Author's House and the walking path along Dai Lai Lake (area 3C) was approved under Decision No. 272/QD-UBND dated February 14, 2025 of the People's Committee of Phuc Yen city, old Vinh Phuc province.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of nearly 15 billion VND; The project management board of investment and construction of Phuc Yen city (old) was assigned as the project investor.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Phuc Yen Ward Project Management Board (current investor) has just posted to the National Bidding Network the results of the selection of contractors for the Construction Package of the project.
The Construction package is priced at VND 12,662,522,604 from the city budget (formerly Phuc Yen city) in the public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 (orsese land development source). Winning the bid with a price of VND 12,631,609,000 was A16 Vina Technical Joint Stock Company.
After completing the selection of the Construction Package contractor, the construction unit will deploy the construction of a welcome gate for a reinforced concrete structure combined with steel formwork, LED lights for decoration at the Truong Chinh Street median strip (a double road section near Brigade 113) and a decorative pattern at the end of the route, adjacent to Ngoc Ha Hotel.
Along with that, the construction unit will design a miniature landscape to decorate the highlight including flower beds, trees, architectural works made of steel structure combined with LED lights, lighting, LED flower lanterns at the intersection between DT.301 road and the road to the parking lot with an area of about 1,000 m2.
Design decorative items including LED lighting flower beds on the sidewalk from the Dai Lai Tourist Area Management Board's headquarters to the parking lot; design additional landscape lighting, LED tree-lined lights, decorative lights on the sidewalk; plant additional lawns, flower trees, decorative Deco at the intersection of Dai Lai Street and Ngo Quyen Street.
In area 3C, the construction unit will build a stage in the Square yard; add decorative lights, lighting, and decorative lights for the existing tree trunks in the square area. plant additional grass, flower beds, and trees in existing flower beds.
For the walking path along Dai Lai Lake, the construction unit will arrange the current lights for the lake trees using LED lights to pick up the trees; install flower trees decorated with LED lights at the flower beds at the foot of the embankment and the grass.
According to the contract term, the maximum time to implement the above package is not more than 360 days.
