To improve service quality, Hanoi Transport Corporation (Transerco) constantly promotes the image of friendly and civilized bus drivers.

On September 25-26, Transerco organized the "Transerco Bus Service Culture Building Contest 2025", which is a highlight in the peak emulation program launched by Transerco to celebrate major national holidays such as: the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution, National Day September 2, and towards the 71st anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital on October 10.

According to the Organizing Committee, the contest is not only about the movement, but more importantly, it creates opportunities for exchanges, exchanges of service spirit and dedicated attitude between the team of drivers and service staff.

Speaking at the contest, Mr. Nguyen Thuy - Deputy General Director of Transerco emphasized that each driver worker and service employee is the cultural ambassador of the capital's bus. The contest is an opportunity to honor outstanding faces, thereby propagating the spirit of civilized, professional and friendly service.

This year's contest has the participation of 9 teams from 7 affiliated units and 2 member joint stock companies. With two rounds including the qualifying round ( introduction, understanding) and the final round (c behavior skills, handling situations), candidates not only demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the profession, but more importantly, the ability to behave civilly in each real situation on the bus. These competitions contribute to clearly depicting the image of drivers and service staff who are professional and responsible.

The 2025 Bus Service Culture Building Contest is not only a competition, but also a strong message: the capital's bus will continue to innovate, be friendly and sustainable, contributing to beautifying the face of Hanoi's urban civilization.
