As of May 15, the whole province has had about 240,500 people with level 2 electronic identification participating in giving comments via the VNeID application, accounting for nearly 19,9% of the total number of eligible people (1,2900,087 people), ranking Hai Duong second in the country in terms of participation rate.
This is an impressive result, showing the strong and close direction of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Hai Duong province; the active participation of the police of communes, wards and towns and the high consensus and support of local people.
Immediately after receiving instructions from superiors, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order promptly advised and synchronously deployed many specific and practical solutions. In particular, the unit has coordinated with the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to organize conferences to disseminate and disseminate the content of the Draft, and guide the implementation to widely collect public opinions.
The Department of Administrative Police for Social Order sets a goal of reaching 100% of people with level 2 electronic identification in the province to contribute comments to the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via VNeID by the end of May 29.

The application of digital technology in the activity of giving comments on legal documents, especially important documents such as the Constitution, not only shows progress in administrative reform but also contributes to strengthening democracy and improving the quality of feedback from people.
