The Department of Construction of Hai Duong province has just conducted a survey on the demand for public transportation, personal vehicles and other forms to travel from Hai Duong city to Hai Phong city and vice versa. The survey subjects are cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at departments, branches, sectors, unions, agencies, and units of the province.
This is a proactive act of the competent authority to ensure that cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers feel secure in their work in case Hai Duong province implements the merger and cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers move to new locations to work.
Previously, at the end of March 2025, the Department of Construction also conducted a survey and preliminary assessment of the housing demand - including public housing, social housing and commercial housing - of the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at agencies and units under the province.
The survey was conducted in a proactive spirit, preparing in advance plans to support stable accommodation, living and working conditions for cadres and civil servants in case of major changes in the organization of the administrative apparatus, contributing to ensuring personnel stability and maintaining the operations of State agencies in all situations.
