Recently, in Hai Duong province, there has been a situation where some people do not comply with traffic regulations, arbitrarily stop and park their vehicles in unauthorized areas and locations, causing obstruction for people and vehicles to participate in traffic, potentially causing congestion, collisions, and traffic accidents on routes.
Faced with the above situation, in order to maintain and restore traffic safety order on the routes, the Traffic Police of Hai Duong Province Police have been implementing a peak period of recording and fines for violating vehicles.
According to the report of the Traffic Police Department of Hai Duong Province Police, from the beginning of 2025 to April 4, vehicles violating traffic light compliance, stopping and parking in violation of regulations will develop complicatedly.
In the peak period, the implementation of the recording and cold penalties for violations, in addition to propaganda, remind and rectify cases where the driver of the vehicle participating in traffic, the functional forces also strengthen the number, means and professional measures to record violations. At the same time, collect violations from security camera systems, cameras of agencies, organizations, businesses, schools and especially for the masses.
The authorities encouraged and called on people to continue sending images reflecting violations of road traffic safety laws to the Traffic Police Department so that the authorities have a basis to strictly handle violations.
At the same time, it is also recommended that people should uphold the spirit of "Respect for the law", raise awareness of voluntarily complying with road traffic safety and order laws, resolutely fight and denounce all violations in this field, to build and move towards a cultural, civilized and safe traffic environment in the area.
