On November 22, Mr. Le Van Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward directly conducted a field survey to serve the development of a plan for compulsory demolition and relocation of assets for the area within the scope of recovery of the Dai An Industrial Park Expansion Project (phase 2).
The working group, including ward leaders, professional departments and related units, inspected the current status of works, architectural objects and assets on land of some households that have not yet handed over the site; at the same time, reviewed and compared legal documents according to land recovery decisions issued by competent authorities. Based on the survey, the Ward People's Committee is developing a enforcement plan to ensure compliance with legal regulations, implemented publicly, closely and transparently.
