Accordingly, the Investigation Police Agency of the City Police has just issued a decision to prosecute the case of intentional injury, and prosecute the accused Hoang Kim Cong (born in 1966, residing in Hai Hung commune) for investigation.
Previously, at around 9:00 p.m. on September 14, on the Chinh field road in Van Xa village, Hai Hung commune, Hai Phong city, Hoang Kim Cong used a metal knife, a sharp knife, to stab Mr. N.V.T (born in 1981, residing in Van Xa village, Hai Hung commune) in the head (left hand) and one in the left flank. Mr. N.V.T suffered 12.2% health damage due to injuries.
Along with prosecuting the accused, the Investigation Police Agency also applied preventive measures such as arresting and temporarily detaining Hoang Kim Cong according to regulations.
