On March 30, in the Chien Thang port area (Co To special zone, Quang Ninh province), a strong thunderstorm caused Ms. D. T. H (born in 1989) and baby V.T. A (born in 2023, residing in Nam Trieu ward) to die in an accident while fishing. The family is in particularly difficult circumstances.
Immediately after receiving the information, a working delegation led by Mr. Bui Manh Phuc, Chairman of the City Red Cross Society, along with representatives of the Social Work Committee of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Trieu ward, the Standing Committee of the City and local Red Cross Society visited, encouraged and presented financial support to the victim's family.
At the victim's family, Mr. Bui Manh Phuc, Chairman of the City Red Cross Society, directly visited and deeply shared the great losses of the family, and at the same time presented support of 10 million VND to contribute to helping the family overcome the difficult period ahead. In addition, the City Red Cross Society requested the Nam Trieu Ward Red Cross Society to proactively advise and propose long-term livelihood support solutions to help the family soon stabilize their lives.
Previously, a delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City led by Mr. Pham Van Lap - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, came to visit, share condolences and encourage the families of the 2 victims.
The Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Trieu ward also visited and encouraged Vu Van Tam's family whose wife and son died in an accident. Before the great loss of the family, immediately after receiving the news, the ward's working delegation directly came to share condolences, visit, encourage, and at the same time provide support to help the family overcome the pain and soon stabilize their lives.
