Defendants Vu Dang L (born in 2002), Phan Van T (born in 2005), Tang Viet A (born in 2005) for the crime of Organizing the illegal use of narcotics, stipulated in Clause 2, Article 255 of the 2015 Penal Code, amended and supplemented in 2025. The trial was held in the courtroom of the People's Court of Region 8 - Hai Phong (central bridge point) connecting the transmission line with 1 component bridge point of Detention Center No. 2 of Hai Phong City Police.
According to the indictment, on the evening of August 10, 2025, at Phan Van T's house in Dong Bao residential group, Thach Khoi ward, Hai Phong, at the proposal of Vu Dang L from before, Phan Van T used his residence and contributed money for Tang Viet A to buy Ketamine drugs. Linh prepared tools and stir-fried drugs to use illegal drugs together. At 8 pm on the same day, the subjects were inspected, caught red-handed, and seized exhibits by the Task Force of the Drug Crime Investigation Department of the City Police in coordination with Thach Khoi Ward Police.
Notably, defendants Phan Van T and Tang Viet A were once tried by the People's Court of Gia Loc district (now District 11 People's Court - Hai Phong) for the crime of "Illegal drug trafficking" in 2023. After serving his sentence for a short time, the defendant continued to commit crimes, showing that the defendant had not really cultivated and trained but continued to commit crimes, showing bad personality, and disregarding the law.
Based on the proposal of the People's Procuracy, the Trial Panel sentenced 3 defendants Vu Dang L, Phan Van T, Tang Viet A to 7 years and 9 months in prison for the crime of "Organizing the illegal use of narcotics", stipulated in point b, clause 2, Article 255 of the 2015 Penal Code, amended and supplemented in 2025.
