Accordingly, the traffic police force focuses on inspecting and handling violations of teenagers and students driving motorbikes, motorbikes, electric motorbikes and electric bicycles that do not comply with the provisions of law.
At the same time, working groups strengthen the review and inspection of repair facilities for motorbikes, mopeds, electric motorbikes, and electric bicycles; request facility owners to sign commitments not to perform "modification" and renovation of vehicles against regulations to ensure safety for traffic participants.
In the process of implementation, the traffic police force coordinates with the police of communes and wards to conduct basic investigations, compile a list of vehicle repair facilities, and conduct actual inspections to promptly detect and handle cases with signs of structural changes and illegal vehicle modification.
In addition, propaganda and mobilization work is also promoted to raise awareness and responsibility of owners of car repair service business establishments.
Car repair facilities are required to commit not to arbitrarily change the structure, shape, frame, engine, battery or technical characteristics of vehicles. These are behaviors that pose many risks of traffic unsafety, which can lead to serious accidents.
