The Country Cuisine Festival is held for 2 nights on April 30 - May 1 in Ba Danh field, Binh Thanh village, Phuoc Giang commune, Quang Ngai province.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026) and International Labor Day 1. The festival attracts thousands of visitors to visit and experience.
Mr. Pham Tan Son, in Nghia Lo ward, shared: "The space is very close, the food is delicious and true to the countryside style such as banh xeo, don, stir-fried clams, snails, grilled pork vermicelli... I feel like I have returned to childhood.

In the open space of Ba Danh field, simple leaf roofs are built into a "miniature village". People come not only to eat, but also to find a part of their memories.
Ms. Trinh My Chau, a local resident, said that the festival is crowded and joyful, people are very excited. This is also an opportunity to introduce our hometown specialties to more people.

Amidst the modern pace of life, the festival is like a slow rhythm, where people find the smell of kitchen smoke, the taste of the countryside and memories that seemed far away. And then when leaving, not only bringing the aftertaste of food but also the feeling of wanting to return again.

Mr. Doan Phu Viet Nam - Director of Binh Thanh Community Agriculture - Service and Tourism Cooperative - said that this festival has about 35 households participating. The program takes place in two nights, from April 30 to May 1, from 4 pm to 9 pm, in the Ba Danh field area, Binh Thanh village, Hanh Nhan commune.
