On March 1, at Truong Son Boarding Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities (Quang Ninh District, Quang Binh Province), the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Secretariat of the Vietnam Youth Union of Quang Binh Province jointly organized the launching ceremony of the Youth Month - Border Third Month 2025. The program attracted the participation of 300 union members, youth, people and students in the area.
Responding to the program, the Provincial Youth Union launched the movement "Youth union members contribute 20,000 working days to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", and organized many volunteer activities such as supporting the Coastal Road Project in Quang Binh, providing free medical examination and medicine, digital transformation for people, exchanging plastic waste for gifts, replacing motorbike oil for free, cutting hair for free, and giving seedlings to people.
On this occasion, the organizing committee presented 20 gifts to poor households, 16 scholarships and 15 bicycles to students overcoming difficulties, presented 340 red shirts with yellow stars, 50 youth union shirts, 450 helmets to students, with a total support value of nearly 280 million VND.
After the ceremony, the union members launched social security activities, demonstrating the sense of responsibility of Quang Binh youth towards the community.
