On July 23, at Vinh Long University of Technology and Education, the Vietnam Student Association of Vinh Long province organized a conference to summarize the Association's work and student movement in the 2025-2026 school year and deploy tasks for the 2026-2027 school year.
Over the past school year, the Association's levels have innovated the content and methods of operation; effectively implemented the "5 Good Students" movement, while promoting scientific research, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, volunteering, international integration and student care.
At the conference, many effective models and ways of doing things were shared such as preserving traditional cultural values, legal education, applying digital platforms in history education, improving foreign language skills, digital skills and supporting disadvantaged students.
Speaking to direct, Mr. Bui Van Han Em - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee - requested the Student Associations at all levels to focus on building a class of Vinh Long students with political bravery, rich in intelligence, aspiration to contribute and integration capacity.
Provincial leaders also requested the Association's activities to closely follow the practical needs of students, continue to improve the quality of the "5-Good Student" movement, promote innovation, scientific research, entrepreneurship and train high-quality young human resources.
On this occasion, the Provincial Vietnam Student Association awarded emulation flags to the Student Association of Tra Vinh University and Vinh Long University of Technology and Education; and awarded certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 37 individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2025-2026 school year.
